Capital Improvement Plan up for adoption

CLINTON — The Clinton City Council on Tuesday night is set to approve the city’s Capital Improvement Plan for fiscal years 2018 through 2023. Before the council votes on the plan, however, a public hearing is scheduled to allow residents to voice their opinions to council members. The hearing will begin shortly after the council meeting’s 7 p.m. start time. Once the hearing is complete, a resolution for adoption of the CIP is on the meeting’s agenda.
