Children as young as 11 are skipping meals to lose weight, a study has revealed. For one in five kids aged 11-14 think missing breakfast, lunch or dinner means they are following a healthy lifestyle. And worringly, a fifth turn to vloggers and Instagram stars for advice on what to eat - even though the social media “sensations” have no nutrition expertise.
