Kids stuck at Western NY school until nearly midnight by 'crippling' snow storm

Students at Windom Elementary School in Orchard Park, just south of Buffalo, were stuck by a blinding lake effect snowstorm that hit Western New York Thursday afternoon. The last bus left after 11:30 p.m., according to the school's Twitter account.
