Nassau deputy videoed spanking kids sparks conversation on validy of corporal punishment

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A question that's been asked for years is being asked again after a YouTube video posted online shows a Nassau County deputy with a belt spanking his daughter and cursing at her. "The American Academy of Pediatrics of course believes in managing the behavior of children.
