Travel agency donates use of bus so kids can get needed dental care

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Thanks to a Grand Island, Nebraska, travel agency, Third City Community Clinic was able to send a group of kids to Lincoln on Friday for dental help at no cost. First Holiday Tour and Travel donated the use of a bus and driver so 22 kids could have dental problems remedied at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. The students, who do not have medical insurance, ranged from second-graders to teenagers. First Holiday Tour and Travel normally charges about $750 to take a group to Lincoln and back.
