'Historic' dessert recipes from 1900s on offer at Concordia University

A book containing the recipes of the Grey Nuns of Montreal is seen at Concordia University. (CTV News) Concordia University students are getting a history lesson from campus chefs this month. Students at the Grey Nuns Residence in Montreal are getting treats made from recipes that were written and perfected at the turn of the 20th century. The residence was originally a covenant that housed the Grey Nuns, a Catholic religious order, until the university acquired the National Historic site on Good Friday in 2013.
