A vegetarian recipe used by Lorraine Kelly came under fire when it used a meat flavoured stock cube. In the segment of the morning show Lorraine, which airs on ITV on weekday mornings, the presenter provides viewers with tasty food recipes, and every Monday, she gives them a 'meat free' dish. But this week's recipe, Lentil and roasted cauliflower tagine cooked by chef John Whaite, contained 500ml chicken stock. Lorraine apologised after the recipe was placed on the site with the error still there which eagle-eyed viewers spotted Lorraine watched on as John Whaite described how he was going to cook the lentil and cauliflower tagine The former GBBO contestant explained that he was adding chicken stock to the recipe which was supposed to be meat-free Lorraine nor John realised their mistake while live on air, it was only after people pointed it out on Twitter that the presenters both apologised John Whaite accidentally used chicken stock in...
