Rosemarie Taber A town tax clerk faces felony forgery charges after police said she used fake coupons at a West Hartford supermarket to buy goods at a steeply discounted rate. Rosemarie Taber, 52, of Newington, was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation, police said.
